Latest progress and thoughts on stash

So here is the moira blackburn sampler as it is now. I have got a bit bored now so need to swap projects. I am fighting the normal urge to start something new!

I spent about an hour this morning browsing on sewandso adding more stuff to my wishlist. So why is it that us stitchers accumulate so much stash? I have enough projects for the next 100 years but i still find more...is it an official addiction? If anyone knows a cure please do tell :-)

Nature and home

So the first picture is my new kit I won on ebay from the U.S. A fantastic crewel kit of a house. I think this kit is probably from the 1980s.
The next picture is my latest finish..a gorgeous design from Elizabeth's designs called Be at Peace. Its on 32 count and I used DMC.
Now working on a Moira Blackburn sampler :-)

Quilt part 1

Here is the first finish of my big project..1 down 25 to go! The plan is to make these into a quilt. The designs are from Prairie Schooler and stitched 2over 2 on 32 ct. I love the primitive feel of these :-)
